Castle Lite CrossRds campaign received a Silver APEX Award in the Change category from the South African Association for Communication and Advertising (ACA).
The APEX Awards have been a significant industry marker in South Africa for the past 14 years and the awards acknowledge the achievement of communications campaigns’ performance excellence in an industry that is constantly refining and redefining creativity.
Noteworthy of the APEX Awards is the stringent adjudication process in which campaigns are evaluated on not primarily creativity but on proving that their campaigns achieved performance excellence by contributing a measured return to their client’s bottom line. The APEX Award takes creative campaigns to task to put the genuine seal on their achievements by demonstrating that their creative award winning campaigns effectively contribute to their clients’ profitability.
An APEX Award represents a demonstration of both strategic and creative effectiveness and showcases award winners as being leaders in their field.
Curious Pictures produced three seasons of the award winning Castle Lite CrossRds Campaign for client South African Breweries in partnership with agency Brand Activation. Each of the three Castle Lite campaigns were directed by Donovan Marsh and received award acknowledgements both locally and internationally.
